PAYMENT TERMS

Term of payments are always 100% up front. We accept several major credit cards and paypal.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order. We will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitute. If substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

REFUND AND EXCHANGES

Phone and Online Orders:

Due to the nature of the products, there are no returns or exchanges on hair care products or accessories. If there is a problem with your order we must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Failure to met this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty. Please be forewarned, refunds and/ or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture of color. We do not offer refund or credit on shipping charges.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL.
